If Lallabi terminates your membership for breach of "Terms of Use" of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Such certain provisions of this "Terms of Use" of this agreement shall remain effective even on termination. Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

Lallabi offers multiple profiles adding feature to the registered Members of the Website. Any eligible member can add multiple profiles accordingly and each profile shall be recognized by a Unique Profile ID (herein after called "UPID"). Members will be provided the options to upgrade and make each "UPID" by the remittance of corresponding fees, and can make that "UPID" as a Paid Profile. Each "UPID" will be treated as different "UPID" and the payment remittance against a "UPID" will be valid and applicable for those corresponding "UPID" only and after realization of the receipt of the payment, that corresponding "UPID" will be upgraded as Paid Profile and that corresponding "UPID" can avail the Paid Profile Membership features accordingly.
Length of Membership:
Membership registration will be Free and you continue to be a member of Lallabi till: Lallabi discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or Lallabi or yourself terminate the membership arrangement. When you verify your Email ID, you can add your products / services and other activity related profiles on the Website and it will go live after the admin approval of Lallabi and your each such activity profiles will be allotted with different "UPID" and the active period of such "UPID" shall be different for different activities and so you should refresh your "UPID" profiles accordingly time to time.
Paid Profile Memberships:
Lallabi provides Paid Profile Membership which allows you to initiate direct contact to the opposite member through phone and direct messages etc. Validity of your Paid Profile Membership is based on days (60 90, 120, 150, 180, 270 & 360 Days) and not based on months (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 or 12).
Expiry of Membership:
Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts you had contacted already and also upgrade your membership with us to enjoy access to these features.
Privacy of Membership:
Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity, without the express written consent of Lallabi. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any advertisement. Lallabi does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers / respondents regarding particulars of status, quality, age, income of other members/products/pets etc.
Cancellation Policy:

Ltd. shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
Payment Terms & Conditions - Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. "Baggage" means Customers` personal property accompanying the Customer on the trip. It consists of both Checked Baggage and Cabin Baggage.
"Booking" also referred to as electronic ticket or e-ticket, shall mean means the details which the Company or the Company`s authorized agent has entered into the reservation system relating to a journey.
"Cabin Baggage" shall mean any of the Customers` Baggage other than checked Baggage.
"Checked Baggage" means that part of the Baggage which the Company has taken into its custody for carriage in the hold of the aircraft and for which the Company has issued a valid baggage check.
"Customer" means any person, other than members of the Company`s crew, with a Booking who is to be carried or who is carried on the aircraft.
"Fare" means the price any person with a Booking pays the Company for a seat on a flight between one point of origin and one point of destination.
Before You Travel:
Lallabi.com only offers "e-tickets". An itinerary does not constitute a document of carriage. The primary record of carriage is the Booking in the database of the airline company and in the event of any differences between the itinerary and the booking in the database of airlines, the booking shall prevail.
Check-In
All Customers, including infants, must carry and present on demand valid photo identification at Check-in. Customers are notified that all timings indicated are as per local time at the airport and our Customer check-in begins 2 hours prior to and closes 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the relevant flight. (this can vary in the case of few airports. So, suggest you to confirm with airport customer section)
Flight Changes/Cancellations
Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. When the airline company announces new routes, they may be subject to change and regulatory approval. Since the airline company offers everyday low fares, once a Customer`s Booking is confirmed and paid-for and the e-ticket is issued, the amount paid is non-refundable. Check-in commences 2 hours prior to scheduled departure. Failure to show up for the flight at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited and the airline company will not provide any monetary refund of the Fare.
All fares are subject to change until purchased. Customers should note that certain Fares are offered subject to certain conditions, which may limit, restrict or exclude the right of the customer to change or cancel Bookings. We recommend that Customers verify their travel itinerary at between 72 to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight on the airline company`s websites.
Delivery of Products/Services
What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number/Unique order ID number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.
How will I get my e-ticket details?
Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with Lallabi.com, please call our customer care representative on 9072-330033
Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
It is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Lallabi.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible if the arline does not issue a boarding pass / disallows you from travelling. You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a government authority issued photo identity proof (passport, driver`s license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline counter staff will issue your boarding pass.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to Lallabi.com and go to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will charge Rs.300/- per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, you can call Lallabi Customer Care on 9072-330033. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs.500/- per person per sector, over and above the airline`s own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs.1,000/- per person would be charged, over and above the airline`s own cancellation charge. For rescheduling of domestic flights, Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will charge Rs.300/- per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.For no-show on domestic flights, Lallabi will charge Rs.100/- per person per sector as standard no-show charges. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
Refund Policy
The refund accruing to the Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. customer shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider or airline. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card/debit card/net banking etc., then the same will be refunded to your same credit card/debit card/bank account. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
Cancellation/amendment charges
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets are at all times subject to fees/charges/levies/ payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.
The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for refunds and the airline will route the refund for your tickets booked on the website, through Lallabi.com
The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline.
In case you avail the website`s hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
Promotion Codes
Lallabi.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Lallabi.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the `terms and conditions` or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

Disputes
If any dispute arises between you and Lallabi Innovations Pvt. Delivery Conditions (Delivery Timelines)

Seller/Vendor/Agency/Franchisee Terms
As a registered SELLER/agency/franchise, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale / service on the website in accordance with the policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this "Terms of Use". You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on our website. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the website. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales.
The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the BUYER/ registered member or USER. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the website. Lallabi reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
All payments made against the purchases/services on website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on website. Before shipping/delivering your order to you, SELLER may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our USERs.

The 30 Day Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist BUYERs who have been defrauded by qualified SELLERs on the Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the BUYER of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the SELLER subject to the following terms and conditions:
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
• Damages due to misuse of product;
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer`s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer`s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
• Jewellery which is `made to order` on customer`s request on Clothing, Footwear and Jewellery, qualified SELLERs accept 30 day exchange subject to the following conditions:
Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
`Made to Order` Jewellery, Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies are not covered under the return policy.
Damaged or defective clothing and footwear products are meanwhile covered by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee.
If Lallabi has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its BUYERs and SELLERs are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Lallabi may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such BUYER and SELLER and /or disqualify that USER and any related USERs from availing protection through this program.
Lallabi reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a USER who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Lallabi may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such USER and/or disqualify that USER and any related USERs from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defrauds or deceives, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist BUYERs who have been defrauded by qualified SELLERs on the Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within specified days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the BUYER of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the SELLER.

Definition: `Return` is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the BUYER to the SELLER on the Lallabi website. Following situations may arise:
Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases. Points to be noted:
We encourage the BUYER to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case BUYER orders a wrong item, BUYER shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
BUYER need to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once BUYER has raised a return request by contacting us on Our Office Number, SELLER while closing the return ticket can select one of the following:
In the event the SELLER accepts the return request raised by the BUYER, BUYER will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the BUYER`s account. In case the SELLER doesn`t close the ticket in 3 days from the date of intimation to the SELLER about the refund request, the refund request shall be settled in favor of the BUYER.
Further for returns being made by BUYER to the SELLER of the product, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the BUYER:

If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then BUYER shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the SELLER. Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by the SELLER.
Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A BUYER can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like. Points to be noted:
BUYER need to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of products. Once BUYER has raised a replacement request by contacting us on the Office Number provided on the Website. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:
• Shipping was damaged
• Item was defective
• Item Dead on Arrival
• Item(s) were missing
• Wrong item sent
In case the SELLER doesn`t have the product at all, SELLER can provide the refund to the BUYER and BUYER shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement. If the SELLER doesn`t respond to the BUYER`s replacement request, within three (3) days from the date of replacement request placed by the BUYER, refund shall be processed in favour of BUYER and SELLER shall be liable to refund amount paid to the SELLER. All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the SELLER.
Overview
Generally, transactions are conducted smoothly on Lallabi. However there may be some cases where both the BUYERs and SELLERs may face issues. At Lallabi, we have a Dispute process in order to resolve disputes between BUYERs and SELLERs.
What is a `dispute`?
A `Dispute` can be defined as a disagreement between a BUYER and a SELLER in connection with a transaction on the Website.
How does a `dispute` occur in the Marketplace?
Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the BUYER and the SELLER. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the dispute of their complaint/issue.
It is important that before a BUYER/SELLER raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue. Please note that whenever a BUYER raises a dispute, the SELLER`s payment for that order is put on hold immediately until the issue is resolved.
How is a `dispute` created?
Whenever there is a disagreement, the BUYER can write to dispute@Lallabi.com, while the SELLER can write to seller.dispute@Lallabi.com, in order to raise a dispute. Disputes can be raised at a particular transaction level.
What are the various types of `disputes`?
Following are the indicative examples of potential disputes:
• Damaged or Seal broken on Product
• Part/Accessory missing
• Item not Compatible
• SELLER Description/Specification Wrong
• Defective (Functional issues)
• Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice
In case the SELLER rejects the return request of the BUYER, and BUYER raises a dispute, then Lallabi will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both the parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the BUYER, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the SELLER. If the dispute is settled in favour of the SELLER, BUYER is entitled to any refund.
In case of a dispute where the SELLER is unable to provide a refund or a replacement, Lallabi will actively work towards reaching a dispute. The BUYER Protection Program covers BUYERs who are unable to successfully resolve their dispute with the SELLER or are not satisfied the dispute provided by the SELLER.
The BUYER can write to dispute@Lallabi.com if the issue with the SELLER is not resolved. Lallabi`s Customer Support team will look into the case to check for possible fraud and if the BUYER has been blacklisted/blocked from making purchases on the Website. Only after verifying these facts, a dispute can be registered.
In due course of dispute, Lallabi`s Customer Support Team will facilitate a conference call including the SELLER and the BUYER. When a dispute has been raised, Lallabi may provide both the parties access to each others Display Names, contact details including email addresses and other details pertaining to the dispute. BUYERs and SELLERs are subject to final consent from Lallabi for settling the dispute.
Whenever a chargeback (CB) comes from a payment gateway/bank, following situations may arise:
Private communication, including email correspondence, is not regulated by Lallabi. Lallabi encourages its USERs to be professional, courteous and respectful when communicating by email.
However, Lallabi will investigate and can take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violate Lallabi policies. Such instances:
Threats of Bodily Harm - Lallabi does not permit USERs to send explicit threats of bodily harm. Misuse of Lallabi System - Lallabi allows USERs to facilitate transactions through the Lallabi system, but will investigate any misuse of this service. Spoof (Fake) email - Lallabi will never ask you to provide sensitive information through email. In case you receive any spoof (fake) email, you are requested to report the same to Us through `Contact Us` tab. Spam (Unsolicited Commercial email) - Lallabi`s spam policy applies only to unsolicited commercial messages sent by Lallabi USERs. Lallabi USERs are not allowed to send spam messages to other USERs. Offers to Buy or Sell Outside of Lallabi - Lallabi prohibits email offers to buy or sell listed products outside of the Lallabi Website. Offers of this nature are a potential fraud risk for both BUYERs and SELLERs. Lallabi policy prohibits USER-to-USER threats of physical harm via any method including, phone, email and on our public message boards. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including: • Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension
• Cancellation of listings
• Loss of special status
Other Businesses
Lallabi does not take responsibility or liability for the actions, products, content and services on the Website, which are linked to Affiliates and / or third party websites using Website`s APIs or otherwise. In addition, the Website may provide links to the third party websites of our affiliated companies and certain other businesses for which, Lallabi assumes no responsibility for examining or evaluating the products and services offered by them. Lallabi do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of such third party website(s). Lallabi does not endorse, in any way, any third party website(s) or content thereof.
Profanity Policy
Lallabi prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature in a public area. This policy extends to text within listings, on SELLER pages and all other areas of the site that another USER may view. If the profane words are part of a title for the item being sold, we allow SELLERs to `blur` out the bulk of the offending word with asterisks (i.e., s*** or f***). Please report any violations of this policy to the correct area for review: • Report offensive Display Names
• Report offensive language in a listing or otherwise
If a feedback comment; or any communication made between USERs on the Website; or email communication between USERs in relation to transactions conducted on Website contain profanity, please review Our feedback removal policy and submit a request for action/removal. Disciplinary action may result in the indefinite suspension of a USER`s account, temporary suspension, or a formal warning. Lallabi will consider the circumstances of an alleged policy violation and the USER`s trading records before taking action. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
• Limits placed on account privileges;
• Loss of special status;
• Account suspension.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Lallabi, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys` fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Applicable Law
"Terms of Use" shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore.
Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only
Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. Lallabi make no representation that materials in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Lallabi is not responsible for supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
